DAMAN for SMEs participated in the 2026 Global Meeting, “Finance to Empower and Protect,” held in Cairo, Egypt, represented by its Managing Director, Mr. Judeh Jamal. The meeting was co-hosted by the Egyptian Federation for Financing Medium, Small, and Micro Enterprises (MSMEF), the Comité d’échange, de réflexion et d’information sur les systèmes d’épargne-crédits (CERISE), and the Social Performance Task Force (SPTF).
The global meeting brings together stakeholders from the inclusive finance sector to exchange knowledge and experiences and explore approaches to strengthening responsible finance, enhancing client protection, and promoting sustainable financial inclusion.
DAMAN’s participation reflects its ongoing commitment to expanding access to finance for micro and small enterprises in Palestine, while promoting responsible financial practices and safeguarding clients’ interests. It also provides an important opportunity to engage with international practitioners, exchange experiences, and learn from global initiatives aimed at strengthening responsible finance practices and integrating client protection into financial services.
